Chef Peter Rios is the owner and executive Pastry Chef of Alliance Bakery in Chicago. He has trained in Europe and worked for the Sofitel and Fairmont Hotels. It shows, or rather it tastes like it!!
The viennoiseries were pretty nice. And as a French I want the best.
I, of course tasted its macarons, raspberry, hazelnut and passionfruit were my pick. Loved the passionfruit, my kid loved the hazelnut! Cannot wait to try some more.
The décor is kinda of this old school bakery half way in between Europe and the USA. Very inviting and cozy. Check the pictures for yourself!
